Absolutely love the look of this - 'looks like a beautiful recreation of a classic mid '70s J.  Even the tort looks pretty decent (not like some of that truly awful CS stuff).

Any idea of the weight (my '76 J was around 11.5lbs - I'm sure these are much less weighty)?

The truss rod adjustment is at the high end of the neck.

By high end, do you mean at the heel or at the headstock? Is it a hex bolt or a cross-head screw type? (Basically I’m trying to work out if adjustments can be made without having to remove the neck.)

Pretty sure it's the old cross-head at the heel of the neck job so neck off is required.  Historically accurate but I so wish Fender would 'do a Musicman'  & update the access on their reissues.  In every other respect these 70s reissues are wonderful.
