51 Precision Scratchplate

I’m struggling to source a white, single ply 51 Precision style scratchplate. Does anyone know where I could find one? Warmoth’s don’t fit standard bodies, only their own (they claim). 

I’d rather not spray my black one white.

I can't find any off the shelf but you could easily get one made. Tim at Scratch-It - http://www.originalscratchplates.com/ made a custom pickguard for me, very reasonably priced and I was very pleased with the result. I provided Tim with the pickguard material that I wanted to use along with a pattern and a few days later voila!

I used a white Fablon type film,bought from LIDL, on both my PB-50 and Dano Wildthing scratchplates.

Cost £3.99 and reckon it'll do about 5.

I've used a sticky vinyl sheet before to make a matching headstock. It looks okay from a distance but not perfect. It depends what quality you're after.

What version?  I’ve got one here to fit a Fender Japanese made 51P reissue. GuitarBuild UK make one for an original, but mine doesn’t fit well around the control plate, probably because the control plate is Japanese reissue sized!
