Noteworthy is the quite rare forward position of the pickups providing a 100% tight and twinkly Smith sound but fatter, bassier, better blending while nevertheless outstanding. Also, the pickup wiring has been adjusted so you can toggle between the typical humbucking or surprisingly clear/open single coil per pickup. Very versatile! And then in the back you’ll find the dip switches for even more possibilities. Rest asdured: all electronics are 100% original and functional! This bass can sound like anything you like! The bass shows some playing wear, especially at the right hand thumb position, but nothing serious and it plays, sounds and looks awesome. The neck is as straight as you want it, the action is crazy low if you will. This bass plays exveotionally comfortable. Ken's streetprice new $8000. Asking €4000. Apart grom a straight I might be interested in a trade involving Fodera, Sadowsky, Alleva Coppolo or vintage Fenders. The bass and myself are in The Netherlands.
