However, it was b..... heavy, and I didn't like the sound of the amp, so I removed it. Put a matching grill panel where the amp was, now it's easy to move , ( has wheels ) looks great, and sounds much better used with my Markbass F1. ( not f/s ) Condition is slightly used, no unsightly marks . Space needed, I've gone back to using my old Acoustic Corp amps, I think it matches the " classic " line of Ampeg s Cab is in West Sussex. Painy Posted October 21, 2017 Share Posted October 21, 2017 I did this with my old BA500 except I went to the extent of actually cutting it down to remove the amp housing section of the cab completely.
