[b]5 string S2 - [/b][b]NOW SOLD[/b] Walnut facing wood Custom 2 piece mahogany body Satin lacquer on the graphite through neck Two Status soap-bar pickups and master volume, pickup blend, bass and treble cut/boost, variable frequency midrange with 3 way micro switch. 34 inch scale length - 18mm spacing [b]Empathy 6 string - NOW SOLD[/b] Burr maple front and back with a walnut tone block and a light coloured wood for the wings, maybe ash? Two Status soap-bar pickups and master volume, pickup blend, bass and treble cut/boost, variable frequency midrange with 3 way micro switch. 34.75 inch scale length - 18mm spacing Both basses have only been used in the studio and so both are in immaculate condition. I can't find a mark on them! Come with Status branded Hiscox hard cases. Collection preferred - available in north London but can meet anywhere in central London. Bassy Posted August 21, 2016 Author Share Posted August 21, 2016 Hi, i have been asked the weight of these basses: S2 five string - 4.5kg / 10 pounds Empathy six string - 4.15kg / 9.14 pounds Suprisingly the 6 string is slightly lighter, but is has an ash body whereas the 5 string has a mahogany body.
