Yep, and GK owners who sometimes have to work with sound engineers who want to DI before the amp.

Ill be getting one of these soon.

I own a GK MB800 but i never set my rig up at home as i live in a flat.
I do all my playing at home through headphones/PC so having soemthnig that might sound a bit closer to my live rig, but with the extra features that will help with a DAW set up seems ideal to me. I will never use it live though.

Regarding the GK signature tone, im not really sure what that is. No way do i sound like Geddy/Flea/ Duff/ anyone who does have a signature tone. to me its just a bit more modern sounding than my Markbass F1. I wouldn't say it sounds too different, just has scope to if needed.
