Fender Custom Shop 1959 heavy relic precision bass for sale- Olympic white over candy apple red. £1900

First time selling on Basschat! I have effectively a brand new CS bass for sale. I got it a couple of months ago but for financial reasons I need to sell it. It's a very reluctant sale indeed and I'd much rather keep it but needs must.

These go for £2700 and I got this only a couple of months ago. It's never been gigged and is therefore is as per new. It's a very striking heavy relic and you won't see many Olympic white over candy apple red relic basses. It's nice and light at 9lbs with the chrome covers on and comes with all the usual Fender Custom Shop case candy including the custom shop certificate. As you'd expect, it sounds great like a custom shop should do. Any questions you can email me on [email protected].

If you want me to email pictures to you I can also do that no problem.

Mr Brewer is one of my best mates, and you'll never find him far from some amazing basses. I suggested that he use the site when he said that he needs to sell a bass. Though he's a newbie, he's genuine.

This CS Precision is gorgeous, the tone is absolutely spot on and it looks great, especially the bits where the Candy Apple Red comes through, looks amazing in the flesh.

Hi Cameron,

Thanks for your message!

The bass was bought from Guitarguitar only a couple of months ago. It is a really stunning bass and as you will have seen if I see an amazing bass I tend to just go for it! I would really really like to keep it but I have a few basses already big time GAS) and financially I've decided I just have to let it go. I'm more of a jazz bass guy now and so reluctantly this bass is up for sale as I'm keeping my jazz basses. It's as per new as it's never been gigged ( I play regularly in a covers band) and is as good a p bass as you will find. The relicing on it is stunning and it's got that great p bass tone.
Just shout me if you have anymore specific questions and I'd be more than happy to answer them. Mark
