I always felt sorry for E and B, fancy not having a sharp to call your own.

And then F and C can never feel flat.

Our arbitrary letters and sharps and flats have never ceased to amaze me.

I just used to love winding my old music teacher up by saying I was playing in the key of B sharp :P

And calling a d flat, a C sharp as well ultimately they are one of the same, unless those pesky symbols at the start of the stave say otherwise ;)
