honza992 Posted August 6, 2008 Share Posted August 6, 2008 Hi All I've been here (covertly!) since Basschat started, and posted a couple of times on the old Basstalk, and I think there may even have been a reincarnation before that...?? Anyway I've been admiring other people's basses from a distance, and have found Basschat an invaluable resource. I've just put up a couple of basses for sale so here's a quick intro. I've been playing for about 6 years (I was a late starter), playing in a couple of bands through work, nothing too serious but amazing fun. I'm a sucker for Fender and the quality clones. Unfortunately I have been struggling with tendinitis for about 2 years and it's got to the point where I have just bought a 30" SX and am going to have to sell off my full scale basses. It kills me to do it, but having them sit in my living room just staring at me but knowing I can't play them is just too difficult. So hopefully the SX will solve my problem. If not, I'll have to dust off my old French Horn.... You've all provided me with much GAS, which I guess I am thankful for..
