This rig to my ears is epic. It's so clean yet warm and full sounding, and the amount of bottom end it puts out, you won't need anything more than this no matter what you play. I've been using it to play soul and motown, and it sounds absolutely fab with my Precision bass. A lot of famous people use these heads, including my hero Pino Paladino. There are pictures around of him, look 'em up.

The cab is light for a 2x12, and not too bulky, I carry it around on my own with ease. Rated at 101dB sensitivity, it gets the most out of any amplifier, and moves a lot of air. It sounds full and articulate, it does everything from thuddy old school thing to modern slap tones.... It fits nicely in the boot of my mk4 golf.

Why am I selling? Because I'm going to move to Germany in a few months and I need to get my gear down to an absolute minimum. As I play a lot of double bass, I want to get a slightly smaller set up that I can use on jazz gigs, and rock out too when needed. This setup does sound amazing with double bass too I may add, but for a lot of jazz gigs it's overkill!

Trades:

I am interested only in a Aguilar DB 112 in Silver / Black. NT also fine.

Location:

I live in Greenwich, London. I frequently travel to Bath down the M4, so dropping it off somewhere along there is a possibility. I will deliver within reasonable distance for fuel cost. I don't want to post the cab, as it will cost, and for the whole rig, it's worth a car journey to come and collect in person I think! But I will post the head at buyer's cost.

If you have any questions, please PM me. I will get more pictures up next week, but they're in great shape.

James
