sounds fairly immense mate! Apart from the slight grind and the cheeky octaver is the bass fairly untweaked?

You listened to it, and you survived btw, there is no octave. That is the sound of it right there. Totally untweaked. " Recorded" on garageband.
I've still got a long way to go recording wise.

huge and round and beautiful sounding!

I have dabbled a bit in recording but quickly got hacked off cos I could only get sterile sounding noises with my basic kit (search for andydye on soundcloud), not over keen...
recording my bass is simpler nowadays as it's live in a room and recorded by 2 condenser mics into a digital recording thingy (search for the_fargo_railroad_co on soundcloud).

I love your bass and dearly wish I had £1700 cos it'd get gigged through my all valve orange rig!
