One Drop Posted January 6, 2013 Share Posted January 6, 2013 Superb instruments, really a pleasure to play, and they sound great. The Skylines are great value for money. But if you are looking for classic HB tones from the basses of yore you might be dissapointed. They sound more like a good solid body bass with a bit more air and supporting bottom than the quirkier classic basses that had very strong and particular personalities.
