Need to find a Bartolini dealer in UK

Hi,
I need to find a Bartolini dealer in the UK , does anybody know of anywhere I can buy Barts from in the UK (i would rather not have to deal with import duty , shipping costs etc) , Any suggestions appreciated

thomann is in germany, i dont think you have to pay imports because its part of the EU (could be wrong). they stock barts.

No import to pay. Apart from adding the shipping, the price you see is the price you pay. Dunno if the naff euro value makes Thomann prices not so good at the mo.

I bought a pair of soapbar 6-string Barts from [url="http://www.thebassplace.com"]TheBassPlace[/url] - they cost me $180 inc shipping plus about £30 this end (some courier firms charge for picking up from Customs, some don't), a total of around £120. Compare and contrast with the Bass Gallery price of "from £385" and then decide whether getting them in from the US would be cheaper. [url="http://www.bestbassgear.com"]Best Bass Gear[/url] also sell Barts and ship overseas (that's where my 7-string set came from, which cost about £130).

i've never bought anything from bass bass gear, but i have thought about it and still do a lot when i fancy changing my pickup. i've exchanged some emails with them and they always seemed helpful, and their shipping over here doesn't seem extortionate either.
