silverfoxnik Posted October 1, 2009 Share Posted October 1, 2009 Hi Folks, Bought a GK head from Graeme in July and thanks to Parcelfarce, it arrived with one of the pots broken off! To cut the long story down.. Graeme was a real star in following up a claim against ParcelFarce and they eventually paid out (thankfully).. So, the amp is now being fixed.. Amazingly, my repair chappie actually found 3 more pots that were broken, so not good!! Anyway, I just want to thank Graeme for all his help with everthing, great communications and all round support with the problem! I can definitely recommend him to all here on Basschat as someone to deal with in total confidence.. Absolutely brilliant!
