Townes1992
Beautiful bass! I dont think i'd ever play that if i won it, just cherish it and protect I have been tempted so often by Thunderbirds, but i'd want a Gibson over Epiphone, and £1000 or whatever is out of my budget! BigRedX
That's a nice looking bass, but remember that the Thunderbird II is only a single pickup, so won't necessarily do all the classic T-Bird sounds. Also if you wanted to actually play it in tune you'd probably have to replace the bridge with the 3rd party version that has more travel in the saddles - the E string is already as far back as it will go and based on previous experience, I doubt it's in tune with it's 12th fret harmonic. Also at that price (including shipping and customs duties) you could buy 2 Mike Lull T-Basses customised to your spec.

evilLordJuju
Great bass. Its a real shame that the value of these means they are now collectors only instruments and not players. Vintage and rare are just getting one in now - similar price to this one once you include postage and tax.
BigRedX
TBH if I had the money and was still playing 4-string basses I'd buy one and gig the hell out of it. However because of what I need I'm saving for a Lull T-Bass
Muzz
Wow, my YOB bass. If I had the cash, I'd have it in a heartbeat. I'd gig it, too...
