Stratosphere Posted January 2, 2012 Share Posted January 2, 2012 Hi, if I disassociate my Facebook account I can't seem to log in directly onto basschat though I have an email address and password set. I'm not clear whether disassociating FB removes my BC account completely or if I've found a bug? Point of the exercise is to get my email notifications working ... I have two accounts subscribed at the moment, both created since the facelift. The EdwardCunliffe one created with a Facebook login doesn't receive any notifications, the new Stratosphere account created directly on BassChat does. However one of the features of the new forum software is the ability to combine posts from two accounts into one. So if you want to keep the stratosphere account, we could transfer the posts from your other account to the one which is sending you notifications.
