Regarding preamps for the IP,I've only used the LM or the DB750 as a pre for it. I think you need to try a few preamps to get the one that really suits but actually they all sound great. I have a HS210 cab which when paired with the 112 sounds huge. One of the main reasons for making this decision is that I can still pair the MarkBass head with my Epi212 cab or the HS210 so I really REALLY dont need all this gear!
