ive decided i really want another status so along with my other basses on here, here's my 2009 corvette STD active bbubinga body. its immaculate hardly been played in its life gigged a couple of times but well cared for. Active MEC pups and preamp, chrome hardware, lovely slim ovangkol/wenge neck with no fretwear.

Hiya
Have a bump on this! this link http://www.warwickbass.com/modules/produkte/produkt.php?submenuID=17072&katID=22954&cl=EN shows the STD Bubinga
as a Korean bass. They don't appear in the German section. Perhaps wise SILDDX can clarify as this issues had come up before...

The 'Pro' series is a new designation for Warwick, though the Corvette range goes back to the early 90's (fairly sure that they weren't even called 'Standards' back then) and were made in Germany. However... as well versed in all things Warwick that I am, I'm mainly interested in the early years of Warwick production (up till the mid 90's) and the multitude of BO and various lines lost interest for me, especially with production from places other than Germany, so I can't be sure when the 'std' range came out and when they started being made in Korea. A quick line on the Warwick site might get a response to tell when production was moved and clarity as to where this bass was made; though does it matter so long as it is a good un? :)
