Mine didn't use that phrase, but I seem to remember the courier saying something about it when I asked about the delay in recieving my little baby. I could be wrong though... ped Posted January 29, 2008 Share Posted January 29, 2008 If it is in the depot mate and it is close enough, go and get it yourself. I always do this otherwise it can be 3-4 days before they POST a letter to say it is ready for collection - and with Oxfordshire Royal Fail being as useless as they are, another week before that letter arrives.
