Bellypopper Posted November 27, 2010 Share Posted November 27, 2010 Hi All, I thought I would introduce myself... my name is Russ, i'm the wrong side of 45, and I have decided to learn Bass I have not played any musical instrument since I gave up the trumpet back in '76! I have a Vintage Advance AV4, and I'm now looking for a second bass. I have my eye on either a Ibanez GSR200 or a Yamaha RBX270. I can't make my mind up which one to go for. I am still very much a beginner, and have quite short stubby fingers. Anyone got any view on which one of the two would be better for me?
