I think I'm right in saying you can just do a straight upload to either of these sites and they automatically resize them?

I put my pics on google's storage thingy "picasa" and that seems to automatically resize them.

If you just want an easy way to change the size though, open it with MS Paint, click Image - Stretch/Skew, and put in whatever you think for the size e.g. 50%, 25%... obviously put horizontal and vertical the same if you want to keep the aspect ratio.
