Eventually got round to putting something on my profile- may even add more! Thought I'd go crazy & post for the 1st time. basically I'm 46 probably going through a mid-life. started playing with my old band again enjoying it & have bought 3 basses in past couple of years having had my 2 originals for more than 25- nothing at all wrong with them - must be GAS - just learned what that meant.Don't "need" any more but may try & sell a couple of the newer ones just to get something else- seems to be a fairly common condition here. Enjoy diff music mostly mainstream & like bashing out simple/effective bass lines. As I've got older I don't seem to play as loud ( get less complaints from rest of band)- probably deafness! So it's a quick hello- I'll probably start posting giving my ill informed/half-baked/irrational/considered opinion on various matters.
