1. No probs - easily done. And back to the top it goes...
Yes pardon me, I did of course mean Stealth. I used to own a Matrix too, perhaps thats why I got the names mixed up.
2. Hasn't been in the Gallery to my knowledge, I've had it for about a year but it's not a Matrix, it's a Stealth. I quite like the colour myself...
Yes, I have to say that the green tint is my least favourite colour. I much prefered the natural graphite although the yellow tint looked good on necks. My old stealth 6 string was a natural graphite model. I loved the sound, but ultimately I found that I didn't get on with 6 strings enough to be my main bass. I sold the bass after about 4 months, replacing it with a Spector. If anyone wants further insight into these basses, please PM me. I remember the Gallery had a 6 string Matrix 1 in the same colour for sale for £1000 for ages a while back, is this the same bass?
3. Still here, still great, still for sale...
 4. Great basses! I have one of these too, absolutely amazing. Have a bump on me.
 5. It is a lovely bass - and it needs a new owner :-)
 6. Up to the top - this isn't going on eBay.
Back up again, and another pic too - also featuring my very popular slippers.
7. On eBay now - slippers not included. Would still rather sell it here...
D'oh. Meant to upload a picture of the bass in the case. It is 35" scale, and yes, I wear slippers. Rock on!
9. D'oh. Meant to upload a picture of the bass in the case. It is 35" scale, and yes, I wear slippers. Rock on!
that's me out too, didn't know what a Kinsman Case was but guessing it's not a hardcase
10. Sorry, acoustic bass + no hardcase + 2 hour cargo flight = worry for me! I'd rather keep it than take the risk of it getting damaged :-( thanks for the interest anyway
I would have bought in seconds. Too bad you don't want to take the shipping risk...
11. Should have mentioned this has 24 (count 'em!) frets...and back to the top bump.
 12. Bought Lance's Fender Jazz Plus - great comms, prompt shipping and lovely bass. Cheers Joe
 13. Sunny Sunday afternoon bump!
 14. Sunny Sunday afternoon bump!
 15. Wow this forum moves quick! Just noticed one of these on eBay for £350 starting bid...and not as pretty...so think this deserves a bump at £300.
 16. Thanks - I've not gigged this one at all (although the previous owner did...but he wasn't in Salisbury). I just tend to stick to 5 strings now.
Nice, not seen this one round the pubs of Salisbury
17. SOLD ------------ NOW DOWN TO £900 --------- Next up, my 6 string Status Stealth. Very sad to see it go, but just don't play it enough to do it justice. Utterly fantastic in every way- this is the Mark 1 version, which has a solid wood body core covered in a graphite shell; the whole bass (including neck) is moulded in one piece of graphite around this wood core. It's been finished in the optional green tint. It's also got the 3 way midrange switch which I think was optional. There are some dents and scratches, and the front pickup is cracked and bruised in a number of places - however it works absolutely perfectly. Status can supply a new pickup or cover very easily but as it works perfectly I never bothered having it done. Please see the pics for full details and I can provide many more hires pics on request. Plays and sounds incredible, classic Status piano sound at your fingertips. Very low action, frets in great condition too. Comes in a fitted reinforced gigbag - what we used to call a hard soft case when I worked in a guitar shop many years ago. New, these are £2260 (plus an extra £80 for the green tint!). I'm looking for £900 ono plus postage which will be approx £30. I am in Salisbury but can meet the buyer anywhere along the M3 for diesel costs and am occasionally in Swindon and Nottingham too. I'm really looking for money here but will always be tempted by interesting trades - PM me with what you've got.
 18. SOLD ------------- Hi all To resolve some serious recent GAS, I am going to put a number of basses up for sale that are now surplus to requirements. First up is my Washburn AB35 5 string acoustic bass - this is by far the nicest acoustic bass I've ever played, great sound, great action, and looks superb (IMHO) It's in excellent condition, some very slight surface swirl marks but nothing else that I can see. Has a Equis preamp and both jack and XLR outputs. Spruce top, mahogany back and sides. Don't see many of these about either and perfect for those beer garden gigs... Comes with VERY nice Kinsman case that fits it perfectly. Looking for around £300 - would REALLY seriously rather not post this but if absolutely required then it will be about £30-40 - it's obviously a bit bigger than a regular electric. I'm in Salisbury but can deliver anywhere along the M3 for diesel costs and am occasionally in Swindon and Nottingham as well.
 19. Bought Mart's Stingray5 fretless, fantastic transaction all round, absolutely perfect condition - exactly as described. Couldn't be happier with it, and a top bloke into the bargain. Cheers
 20. Bought Gwilym's TRB5P - great bass at a great price and all exactly as described. Cheers!
 21. Good price for a good bass, but unfortunately a very dead market - see the various great basses that haven't sold for very good prices recently. My advice would be to hang on to it if you possibly can, market may pick up after Christmas. If it was unlined and I hadn't just bought a TRB5P then I'd definitely be interested.
Bump with a final price drop to £370 plus postage.... Any interest???
