1. I tried the east river drive on Monday along with a couple of other pedals.
The east river dropped loads of low end, but had a quite pleasant character, so blending would probably work quite well.
I ended up buying the hot tubes nano. Lovely valvey fuzzy grit. Covers ground that my vmt and b3k can't.
It has a switch to bypass the tone stack. It brought the pedal to life for me. For the princely sum o £49- a real winner!
The bass wah looks very interesting. Id love to give that a whirl!

2. The delay in switching off is controlled by a pot underneath the footplate. You can leave it to stay on for a couple of seconds or switch off immediately.
It has a level, bass, and q control.
I've certainly never had an issue with tone suck with it. Most likely that's why the demon gets used over te 105 which sits in its box

3. The chord bod 50 is great value for money.
It's branded in different ways - chord, burton among others, but still a good pedal for the money
The boss mega distortion isn't too bad and can often be found for around £35- £40 secondhand.
In fact there are lots of pedals that could be found in that kind of price range secondhand.

4. Ok. Thanks for the suggestions.
I've looked at rs and Cpc. They have them, but to order 2 would cost me something in the region of £17! And all for less than £2.50 worth of parts!!
Is there somewhere I could order two without ridiculous postage costs?

5. Hi.
A friend of mine bought a secondhand x2 system here, lent it to someone and it was returned in pieces.

I have found the part that he needs, but the only place i can find it for sale is in the states, and they have a no international delivery policy ;(

the offending part is here - http://www.fullcompass.com/product/378977.html

does anyone have any idea of a suitable alternative or this part available in the uk?

cheers
