1. Hi guys, I’ve sold my jazz bass and have this neck left. Bought it off here used last year for £200 and that’s what I’m after. Hardly ever played by me and it has been checked by a luthier. It is unloaded - as I bought it Attaching photos to show the screw holes. I think it’s originally been drilled for a 4 bolt neck, but I had it on my 3 bolt micro tilt bass with no issues at all and my luthier confirmed it’s rock solid. On my one the tilt system couldn’t be used in that case but might work on a different socket. Based in west London, collection or I could drop it off on some of my travels.
2. Bump! Id be interested in trading these for some soap-bars (102mm), not set on a brand as it’s for a project bass. Or trade them for another set of Jazz pups but smaller as these don’t fit - will take measurements later today. For another project bass
3. Yes mate, bought it off here about an year or so ago for £200. Lovely neck.
4. Bump! This bass deserves to be played. Price drop to £1300
5. I didn’t realise they’re all gone after the site’s face lift...

7. Hi mate, yes I still have it.
8. I’ll take that if it’s still available mate.
9. No worries mate, I’m not in a rush.
10. Hi guys, had this his in my old Jazz but I’ve restored it to original passive pre so I don’t need this one anymore. It’s a drop in replacement, no additional routing required (at least on my ‘76 Fender it didn’t). Battery fits in the cavity - again it did on my bass but it’s designed in such a way that should fit in any bass without need of drilling and digging the precious wood. Audere preamps, to my experience, are very transparent but provide the flexibility of having an onboard EQ. If you want to hear the real voice of your instrument, but with added neutral, non timber changing boost - that’s the pre for it. Based in West London but I travel for gigs or I would post if I have to. Thanks Stefan

12. Still got them, had photos on but after the site facelift they disappeared. Abroad at the moment, will re-post the photos later this week. Thanks

15. Fair point It has all the mountings, but it didn’t come with knobs. It is the 5 pot version, vol / bal / high / low-mid+high mid stacked / low. Also the Z-mode switch and an LED to show battery level on startup.

18.
You're right, of course. I used to copy the entire illicit post and send it back to the perpetrator, so that he/she may compose a PM with the same information. Why don't I do that any more..? There's too many of the blasted things, darn it..! Am I getting slowly more and more grumpy in my advancing years..? Quite likely, but I've less and less time left to do stuff on this planet, so I am beginning to pick and choose. Just for you, and just this once, the offer came from Chris Tommo ... If it was serious enough, you'd have received a PM directly by now, though. Good luck with the sale, however, and thanks for posting.
Thanks a lot for that and of course I do appreciate that the forum needs to be moderated, otherwise it’d be a mess... I hear you about the age/grumpiness ratio (ask my colleagues, they’d have more to say about it 😂)
