I thought this was a for sale section not a 'I don't understand what's going on' section Suffice it to say that I could swap for the same price but I want something more expensive (which I can top up unnoticed) I've spent more time answering people's daft questions about the state of my marriage that about people wanting the bass. Totally put me off this site. Anyway, it's gone now so you don't need to worry about things anymore

Already got a 1999 USA Olympic White Hotrod Precision so thats why I'd prefer to go for a similar Jazz.

Thanks for all the advice but please, I don't need it. She's done me a massive favour as I'd rather have an oldish USA Olympic White Fender and this way I can get it, but I can't go straight out and buy one as it would show on the joint bank statement, but I can 'exchange' it if you know what I mean (Does GAS ever stop?? Thought it would when I changed from guitar to bass, but it's just as bad as before

Thats what they are. Custom made. Takes at least 6 months to make and everything hand made in house except the tuners. Plus unique. I've had 6 of his guitars, 1 baritone and 2 basses and they are wonderful in looks, feel and sound. Unfortunately finances etc etc. All but 2 of the guitars have gone (I don't play guitar anymore so couldn't justify having them around) and this bass. I wish I didn't have to but ...............

I bought this new from Simon Farmer at GUS after I'd seen it featured in Bass Guitar Magazine. I basically fell in love with it on first sight. It looks stunning, plays beautifully (never been gigged though so is as new with hiscox hard case and a copy of the magazine) but a combination of a house move and a downturn in income means it has to go (I've 2 GUS G1's for sale too at least £1500 less than new)).
