  1. Blimey. I wish the last 40 years had been as kind to me - can’t believe the condition of this bass, looks absolutely amazing. There is something about those 80’s neck through models that just screams quality build, and in this condition at that price it’s an absolute bargain. I am sure this one won’t be around for long especially as these ‘vintage’ basses are getting harder and harder to find in anything like that condition... a little gem from the Welsh Man Cave GLWTS
  2. Ah, the Nigella of the bass world - stunning, but can’t imagine I will ever get my hands on her... GLWTS!
  3. Anyway, let’s talk about ParcelForce 48 a bit more... (not) Glad to see this rather fab bass finally getting some airtime - absolute 80’s classic - I have the fretless version and it has a truly fantastic neck, and whilst a smidgen heavy by modern standards is really well balanced. Plus, it just has killer good looks... GLWTS
  4. Having been on the site for a while now I realise that my profile name isn’t really in the spirit of the site... is there a way to change this to something more in keeping with the jovial banter the site (happily) promotes?
  5. Always saw myself as more of a Zep guy but I won’t argue… thanks for the great Welsh hospitality and the stewardship of the fantastic gear - really great to meet with you, and thanks for making it all very straight forward and fun… G
