Well Ovi, the price is up to you but I'm not sure a sound sample will add £££ to the price. However, it may well help people to decide whether or not this bass sounds as good as it looks!
I think is a fair price the one it is now (800 euro), so I will not go higher.
a big bump for a very talented musician (bass and keys) and very kind guy
Thank you Pierro for apreciation ... I had only good experience with french people. The other bass I sold in France was in Dijon to a very nice guy like you too.
Sorry not true.... well according to the Hagstrom serial number book anyway. There were three batches 647XXX - batch of 999 made between 1965 and 1967 696XXX - batch of 1000 made in 1967 716XXX - batch of 750 made between 1967 and 1971 But still a great rare bass, and at a reasonable price too
My mistake ... Who sold me this bass made reference maybe to 1967-1971 period.
If it's any help, Hagstrom have just done an innacurate reissue of this, and i dare say it will be more expensive than this. Beautiful bit of kit.
Did not know Hagstrom made a reissue of this bass ... that means something ... Today I played again this bass ... is just unbelievable.

This is my Hagström Concord C1 for sale. This is a very rare bass. I've been told there were 750 of these basses made between 1965-1971. This bass is very old and working very good. Has a PERFECT neck. Pickups are very strong and each pickup has volume and tone. Do not know what wood was used and other details. Sounds like a vintage old bass with a lot of lows. When was made this bass was more expensive then a Fender precision in the same period of time (1966 - 1968). Here you can find more details about this beauty: http://www.vintageguitars.org.uk/hagstromConcordBass.php I put a very low price since this bass is around 40 years old, but I need some money for another bass. SOLD
