Also available in white.
Most decent amps can make most basses sound good. I have e mailed the chap in question to see if he can make his next project a FenderBird with the same neck, or even better, a tribute to the Ox, with the same neck (photo nicked from FlatEric's website, sorry, forgot to ask permission)

Have a look at this little beauty

i really really like this new Retrovibe. I think it's considerably better than the more standard Ric copy. Gorgeous in white. -
pedal board available

you could be a new daytime TV star fronting a show in which you visit old or half finished FX boards and give them a makeover.
-
thanks, thought as much. It was already discontinued when I was looking so not too frustrated. Amazing sounding bit of kit. if i look to upgrade I will go for one.

Few small tweaks to the board. Need to sort this properly still but layout changes look like this - TC corner...

tell me how you find the Nova Dynamics. I thought this was the comp for me but Bongo's review put me off a bit. I ended up with an MXR, which i really like. Still hanker after the TC though. -
great bass with at least one active thread on Items Wanted. I have the natural but think the white is the best MM.

Dave is clear about the importance of a proper PSU. Any skimping on quality and my DHA VT2 (which Paul5 went on to get) would react very badly. As Paul5 says give it clean juice and it's silent.

well it's 500mA - but the site says to use the 1200mA.

I think all centre negative except the DHA.

I found the DHA VT2 brilliant but very sensitive to the quality etc of power supply. To be fair Dave is very clear on the need to power properly. This all sounds like an ideal way to get the most out of a VT2. -
there's a 44 caliber for a bit more.

where's it gone???
Marcus Miller Jazz basses...why so much?

i have noticed the price sneak up. I love my MM4 with an East and it's the best jazz i've owned but i haven't owned or played that many. Great neck, good build, nice weight etc. bought off Gaf from BC. If I were to sell my East loaded one I would be thinking about £750-800, which probably values the bass itself at £650-700.
