  1. i have noticed the price sneak up. I love my MM4 with an East and it's the best jazz i've owned but i haven't owned or played that many. Great neck, good build, nice weight etc. bought off Gaf from BC. If I were to sell my East loaded one I would be thinking about £750-800, which probably values the bass itself at £650-700.

    Also available in white.
Most decent amps can make most basses sound good. I have e mailed the chap in question to see if he can make his next project a FenderBird with the same neck, or even better, a tribute to the Ox, with the same neck (photo nicked from FlatEric's website, sorry, forgot to ask permission)

i really really like this new Retrovibe. I think it's considerably better than the more standard Ric copy. Gorgeous in white.

Few small tweaks to the board. Need to sort this properly still but layout changes look like this - TC corner...

tell me how you find the Nova Dynamics. I thought this was the comp for me but Bongo's review put me off a bit. I ended up with an MXR, which i really like. Still hanker after the TC though.

I think all centre negative except the DHA.

I found the DHA VT2 brilliant but very sensitive to the quality etc of power supply. To be fair Dave is very clear on the need to power properly. This all sounds like an ideal way to get the most out of a VT2.
