1. Hi, I've not had chance to try it on my 5, but the website states suitable for 4 or 5 string basses, I guess as long as the spacing isn't huge! If your still interested drop me a PM. PayPal would be fine.
2. Hi, I seem to have ended up with two of these, possibly a shipping error or a typo in a drunken stupor! Anyway, here's the blurb from the site: Fump Palm-muted bass tone. Minus the palm. Free up your muting palm and discover a new path to the old school. The Fump is a simple muting device that slides over the strings against the bridge of your 4- or 5-string electric bass to instantly recreate that sweet staccato sound - without using your palm! The Fump was born as a natural step following the wild success of ourFretWraps, and from numerous requests from players like you. If you've ever stuffed foam under the strings to try to achieve that coveted "old school" muted or upright tone, then you might give the Fump a try! While we definitely encourage mastering proper palm muting, the Fump simply opens up possibilities to discover new techniques and gives your hands the freedom to "dig in." A few things to note:

Works best when string fingerboard setup has little to no radius
Takes only a second to slide on or off, unlike the old cut foam solution
Clips onto your strap or music stand when not in use
Has no moving parts
Can be inserted from top or bottom
Requires only a 1" (2.5 cm) of space between pickup and bridge
Replaceable muting materials
Here's a youtube clip I found: https://youtu.be/ssNmSqrS5WI £13 posted. 4. Hi, I know this is a sore topic for a lot of people but I'm wondering if there's anyone on here with an outstanding order on Jon? Just looking to see what kind of updates/feedback you are getting etc. if the topic is taboo please PM! Scott
5. If you ever change your mind about shipping, I'd be very interested. Let me know? Thanks!
6. I'm still waiting on mine. I also paid as part of the basschat deal. So far I have a lump of buckeye and maple. Nothing done to them. You've done well to get anything from them, and it does look great. Shame it's not quite suited to you.
7. Hi, Would you split? Interested in the Shadows of Motown.
8. I will have a word with the guys in the stores department at work, if they can help me out I'll get a quote for shipping.
9. Hi, Ashdown After Eight combo here, I've only used it for home practice and it was plenty loud for that. It is a little worn but works as it should. 15watts, with extension cab possibilities, headphone out. Deep switch and three knob EQ. Collection from Nottingham NG5 please.
10. Thanks guys, this has now sold
11. Hi, I'm pretty sure this was my first 'real' amp, from when I was 18? So this is probably around 10 Years old. Though I can't be certain. Has served me through small, and medium sized gigs. There's also an option to add a second cab, which I've never done. Built like an absolute tank, and has honestly never faulted me once, although does have cosmetic wear and tear. This is a pretty heavy combo so it would have to be collection only. Details from an old ad: - 100 watts (rms) into 4 ohms - 75 watts (rms) into 8 ohms - Single channel - Pre- and post-gain controls - Headphone jack - Bright switch - Contour switch - Switchable 7-band graphic EQ - Active (shelving-type) low and high controls - Post-EQ high pass (200 Hz) patch loop - DDT™ speaker protection - One 15 inch Blue Marvel speaker in a specially tuned and ported cabinet £40 Collection from Nottingham NG5
12. Traded! Thanks all
13. Sorry to re-awaken the dead thread, but can I confirm that if I use a BH500, I'd have to use 2 BC cabs (210 or 212) due to the 500 watt output, and that BH500 and single 212 would be a disasterpiece?
14. Hi! Looking to move on my Line 6 PodXT live. I purchased this off the forum for what it's advertised, and it is in great condition. Comes complete with power supply and a copy of the Manual. Great range of effects, very customisable. I'll throw in the USB cable if I can find it too, which you can use to download effects from the line6 site. Collection preferred from Nottingham NG5 however I could arrange postage at buyers expense (roughly 15£ or so) Thanks! 18. Hi, My band is playing the Chillifest in Newark in August, and although I gig regularly I've never needed an amp with some serious kahoonas. So, I was wondering if anyone around the East Midlands area had an rig they wished to lend out, free or at a fee to be discussed? Theres a few places local, but I thought it might be nice idea to go to the forum. We're playing at the Newark Showground, and it's sure to be fun. Thanks! Scott
19. I may blind, but where are you based?
20. Hi there, I'll have to check the brand but it is volume/volume/stacked bass & treble/ passive tone
