1.
Can I have the Fender for £2 ?
Cheeky No the bass or the elixir strings aren't in my freebie bonanza, the Jazz is also FS here for much less than on ebay
2. Following a clear-out I've put a load of books up on ebay, these are the remaining ones on their second 30 day listing and obviously not going anywhere. If any grab your fancy I'd be happy to part with them for the cost of P&P, say £2 a book and any further ones at a £1.
3. Bought derren's tapco link usb audio interface thingy – item exactly as described (pretty much new), excellent communication, well packed and promptly posted. Would happily deal with again. Thanks
4.
ebay says £300, but the thread title says £350, which is it??
£300 was the low winning bid I won the bass for originally, for sale here at £350 which includes the case, a new set of strings, a new battery and the good clean it needed when I recieved it! Here are the new pics
5. No longer looking for a swap, now for sale. I'll post some better pics later.
6.
Reduced!
And PM'd
7. Pics uploading to photobucket as I type, should be there shortly
8. I'd also be interested hear about any other 4 strings you might like to trade, surprise me but I probably won't be interested in anything too modern style wise.
9. I no longer need the low B (change in musical projects) so selling to go back to a 4 string jazz. Specs on fender's site It's been modded with a badass and string through ferrules added, also an additional string guide on the B and E. I've just restrung it, replaced the battery and will ship it in a stagg foam hardcase. Here are the pics P&P £10.
10.
How about a '93 Patrick Eggle Berlin pro in excellent cond with orig case & paperwork, you would need to add a fair amount of cash tho, located close to junc 28,m5 if youre interested, mike b.
Don't think I've got the funds for that but thanks anyway
11.
they use a standard mono jack, but the max resistance might be an issue - there are some threads on Talkbass which mention 25Kohm (IIRC) being the max value of the pot in the expression pedal. Easiest option would be a 2nd hand Line6 EX-1 pedal off ebay
Thanks steve
12. http://www.lifeismusic.co.uk/guitar/SK18L-...Pedal-6893.aspx Sounds like it should be OK and much cheaper than the alternatives. How are these used, with a normal mono patch or would I need stereo to 2 x mono jack Y type leads? Thanks
13. Not had this long, it was 2nd hand from another basschatter but a change of musical circumstances has me needing an electric guitar. Before putting it up for sale I thought it worth seeing if anyone had an electric they'd be interested in exchanging, cash can be added either side to balance things up. It's in VGC, there's the usual snail trails from roundwounds and a very small chip (1mm ish) on the corner of the neck pocket. I'll post some pics later on tonight or this weekend. I'm in South Wales and it's probably best to meet rather than post unless you've got something I'm really interested in. Guitar wise I usually favour set neck gibson types, quite fancy a semi and would be very interested in a Gordon and Smith. I think there are a couple of these already up for sale but if anyone is interested in buying say £150 firm with gigbag, a new set of flats and an older set of rounds.
14. Specs on Boss' site. I'm looking to put together an all in one solution for bass and guitar effects, probably a M13 so looking to sell this on. I'll post some pics later. As stated in the title I'm selling it with a boss padded carry bag, boss instructional DVD (US DVD may not play on some DVD player but works on my computer) and a behringer 2 x non latching pedal which you can assign to control virtually any effect or parameter. I have all the original packaging, manuals and power supply. P&P at buyers expense but I can get pretty cheap courier delivery through work, £5-10 usually depending on address.
15. I bought Tom's schroeder 212L, good communication, genuine seller and a pleasure to deal with.
16. I bought Ian's Boss ME50B, no issues, excellent communication and a pleasure to deal with would recommend as a seller

18.
Just acquired a new bass, absolutely love it. Unfortunately one of the tuning pegs were damaged in transit. I need to get this repaired, and also i thought id may aswell give it a good set up at the same time. Anyone any thoughts?? Cheers Kert
Simon Jones is good, he now works out of Cranes in Swansea.
19. A lot of the guitarists who use modeling based setups go straight into powered full range speakers like a pair of these
20.
I appear to be suffering from a new year GAS attack so I'm thinking about changing my setup (again). If I do I'll need to sell all my gear including my Barefaced Big One! This post is just to gauge what interest there'd be in it if I do go ahead with the change. Cheers, Chris.
I have PM'd you about your hartke 410 but I'm also interested in this, did you have a price in mind?
21.
i'm near haverfordwest but do a fair bit of driving so can meet up as far as carmarthen if thats any good?
Sounds good, I work near C'then. I'll PM more details.
22. I'm interested in the cab, is it in pembs and if so how far west are you?
23. I arranged to buy a couple of sets of strings from Shep which Royal Mail duly lost, he very conscientiously followed up the sale and when it looked like the strings were well and truly lost no questions asked he refunded my payment. Very decent fella and well worth dealing with.
24. I recently bought a yorkville 410 from oldslapper but I'm finding my head is struggling at 8ohm and as adding another cab isn't an option I'm going for a 4ohm cab instead. Specs here It's a quality ply built cab with eminence drivers, condition's pretty good with just some tears to the carpet on the underside (currently gaffer taped down). I'll sort some pics if there's any interest. I'd be looking for £100 firm as I need to break even on the new cab. Collection only (I'm in Swansea) as I've taken the p!ss a bit lately with the wrk mailroom though if you want to arrange your own pickup from my work address in Carmarthen that's fine. I've provisionally arranged to collect the new cab from Bristol on the 30th so could drop off en route.
