    The BG500 arrived today. Lovely bit of kit. Only had chance for a quick test and so far I'm very happy. Tonaly it is totally different to the EBS sound I am used to but the combo's ability to handle the low B is very reassuring. Given this is going to be used exclusively for my drum and bass project I am very happy. The EQ storage ability and the tuner is a great touch (shame that have not theought about us 6 string players though as it tunes B-G). I have been asked to do a full review which I shall do and post in the review section after a proper rehearsal tonight and also to record a short vid which I will do later, which I understand will be for the TC Electronic YouTube channel. It will be shockingly bad as its though my iPhone, but I'll do it all the same. They were also kind enough to send me a Tee Shirt and Keychain Lanyard :-) More pics etc when I have time...

    Quick pic... Taken at tonights drum and bass jam. It's a pic we are calling the Drum & Bassment. Pedalboard in action... Notice the Fizzhugger AB-Synth raised up on a box to the right of the board. That's being used as an instrument of it's own with loads of crazy NIN-esque noises...

    I'm pretty sure he'd make any scale you wanted if you asked nicely... This is a 35", but I doubt he'd object to 33".

    SOLD Hi people, I have just taken receipt of this utterly fantastic bit of kit. The tone is solid with a huge amount of bottom end on tap. It's compact, light and very pretty... Unfortunately, whilst it is damn loud for 100w, I have to accept that I need to spend a few pennies and get something with some serious power for playing along side a loud drummer and lots of synth. Of I didn't already own an EBS Session 60, this would stay. Hopefully the previous owner won't mind me using his pics! The rig is in fact very small, delivering 100w into a compact 2x10. Designed as a practice rig, it is suitable for small gigs and rehearsal. Anyone wanting a compact, light rig without the MarkBass/Genz Benz price tag... Look no further! Facts & Figures... HEAD W: 17.5" H: 8" D: 9" Weight: 10kg CAB W: 17.5" H: 23" D: 10" Weight: 17kg Running a bass with an 18v preamp, and with the amp volume and gain on max and you'll still hardly make it peak. Handles a low B absolutely fantastically as well! Due to being rather lucky I am no longer looking for a trade on this unless you have an Ashbory :-) I am asking £160 collected from Nottingham, and will include a super expensive Neutrik speaker lead I had made for me today!     Did a deal with Nick on his Five Fifteen mini rig. Top bloke, great comma and delivered for me due to my transport restraints. Very very happy!
