Hi guys! I am selling my recently purchased Farida FJB-20 in sunburst! This is an absolutely cracking piece of kit, when I tried it out I played alongside a US Jazz Bass (which it was the most comparable to) and some of the Mexican and Japanese reissue and deluxe series and it just ran rings around them, really crisp, clear and punchy but can get deep down and dirty with a bit of roll off on the tone, seemingly has an infinite sustain and it really does sound like a good Jazz Bass should. It's a good weight as it is a solid Ash body (will give exact weight upon request.) The neck is perfectly straight, feels very slim at [b]35.5mm[/b] at the nut and quick to manoeuvre around has those big black blocks on it which just makes it stand out a mile and looks very cool in my opinion and the action is absolutely superb. Nice, low, instantly playable and feels just like silk! Below is the link which also has a photo of the bass, i'll again provide more photos upon request however they're being taken on an iPhone so not excellent quality but will give you the jist of just how stunning this bass is, plus I am in work atm so can't upload any. I paid £470 (w/o the gig bag) for it from Dawsons 2 months ago and it has been used for 1 practice and 1 gig so is still in near mint condition, I will accept [b]£250 [/b]ovno with a well padded Warwick Gig Bag and I am more than willing to include, well packed, shipping in that price. Hi Guys I've decided after a long and careful decision that I'm definitely more of a 6 string player than a 12 string and with a heavy heart I've decided to part company with my beautiful Takamine 12 string I bought this from new in Dawsons in Chester around 15 months ago and i've literally played it on a handful of occasions in that time period and as such It's in immaculate condition, no scuffs, no dings and a few plectrum marks on the pick guard. It looks stunning and the flaming on the back of the body is stunning. It's the most glorious sounding 12 string i've ever heard, really bright and yet warm. very easy to play i've had it professionally set up and the nut replaced by a luthier at a cost of nearly £100 3 months ago and it's now quite simply one of the best 12 strings you'll ever play. I want to trade/sell my beloved Mesa Engineering Trem-O-Verb Dual Rectifier 2 x 12 combo. It's in excellent condition (apart from the handle which is not broken it's just a bit tatty looking, it's still as strong as an ox, plus a couple of scuffs here and there but it is an amp that has been gigged but been looked after it, plus it's over 10 years old!) it comes with it's mesa footswitch and has the removable casters. I've never had any issues with the amp and it's always come up with the goods no matter what. It sounds absolutely lush, the clean is amazingly rich but it's that famous dual Rectifier Hi-Gain that will just blow your socks off it just sings especially with my Gibson 335 and infact with just about any guitar that i've put through it to be fair. However this wee beasty is too loud for me currently as i'm only gigging pubs and clubs now. So i'm looking to lower my wattage. Basically i'm really looking for a trade for an Orange (AD30TC or Rockerverb 50). Although I'm not really looking to spend any more cash atm, if you offer me something that really impresses me I am more than willing to put my hand in my pocket or offer you my lovely Takamine 12 String acoustic in part aswell to sweeten the deal. If you're interested in buying the amp make me an offer of around £800, but if it's not enough i'll tell you straight up!
