  1. Using my unflatteringly accurate bathroom scales and the me + bass minus me method - it weighs 9lbs. And I need to lose some weight.
  2. Sure! Dimensions: 320 x 280 x 88 mm, 12.6" x 11" x 3.5" (2 rack spaces) Weight: 5 kg, (11 lbs) Full specs can be found in the online manual here: https://www.glockenklang.de/pdf/en/GL Blue Sky Top Manual English.pdf
  3. This 2005 limited edition Stingray is in very good condition, all original with original matching case. No issues with the instrument. Everything works and sounds how you expect. Set up by my luthier at Feline Guitars and it plays really well. Minor cosmetic marks on the body, including some player wear to the glossy finish where your right wrist sits. Ash body, maple neck with satin finish, rosewood fretboard, 3 eq, in buttercream with matching headstock and purple logo print. I’ve read online that only 75 of these were ever made. If you study the pictures carefully, you’ll notice that it’s utterly beautiful! £1150. Collection preferred, but can post at cost.
  4. This is an unused pair of Sennheiser IE500 Pro in ear monitors in smoky black. The box has only been opened to take the pictures. I bought a previous pair which developed a fault, and were replaced with this brand new pair by Sennheiser under warranty. In the meantime I ordered a set of custom moulds, so these are surplus to requirements. These cost £529 at Sennheiser. Selling these for £375. Price drop to £300.
  5. I’m moving on my Yamaha TRB-6II. It’s a lovely bass in good overall condition, with a few minor cosmetic scuffs. It has had a recent set-up and fret dress by my luthier at Feline Guitars in Croydon. Electrics are all good. And it comes in a used Gator ABS case. 35" scale, three band eq, alnico pickups, ash body, maple neck, rosewood fretboard, 52mm nut width, 18mm string spacing. I believe the serial number dates it to 1998. Great player, comfortable neck for my average sized hands - just moving it on as I have something rather special incoming. Bass is located in SE19 South London. Collection welcome. Can post at cost.
  6. Lust is a good enough reason. No other justification needed! And well spotted on the Status case 😊
  7. Regretfully moving on my Glockenklang Blue Sky head. Lovely Class A preamp, subtle, musical EQ, Class D power amp section that never seems to break a sweat, great DI and versatile feature set. The amp is in good condition, has been well looked after, and comes with its original gig bag and rack ears. Can post at cost.
  8. He might have been at Live Aid. But he didn't play the gig!
  9. I very recently bought the 64 Black Panel version. I felt very unsure about spending so much on a preamp pedal. Literally the first notes I played through it I thought "Oh yes, that's good. Worth it. Keeping it". I wish I could afford this too. Have a bump!
  10. Looking great Jono. Enjoy!
  11. Sounds painful. Hope you recover quickly and well. If I venture your way in the next few weeks I’ll let you know 😊
  12. If you buy the stand it will encourage you to get more basses! I don’t think Rummikub has ever been played. Buy the stand and I’ll throw it in for free 😁 Pie Face is great fun. More on my level.
  13. Yes it is! Well spotted. From a Mark I Stage 88. Alongside loads of recycling material and other clutter! 😀
  14. Now sold and on its way to Glasgow. Thanks everyone for your interest, lovely comments and arguments about the colour 😁
  15. I can see what you mean in the pics, but there is no discolouration. That's the lighting. It really doesn't do the colour justice. It's a hard colour to capture!
  16. Thanks. When I bought it it was described as Sonic Blue. And it's definitely blue in the flesh!
  17. This is the 1966 reissue that Fender Japan manufactured for a limited time between 2010 and 2011. It’s in excellent all round condition with only a few scuffs and dings around the body (please see pictures). It has an alder body, maple neck, bound rosewood fretboard with blocks, in Vintage White with matching headstock. The frets are in great shape with no discernible wear. It was originally made for the Japanese market and as such was a non-export model. I bought it used from Ishibashi in 2011 and imported it myself. The original Japanese pickups and electrics have been replaced with Nordstrand NJ4 - 60s wind, CTS pots, period correct capacitor, wiring and Switchcraft jack. The work was done by Feline Guitars in Croydon, who also did a fret dress at the same time. The original pickups and electronics will be included, but the Nordstrands are much better. The bass weighs 10lbs and is nicely balanced. It comes in an SKB ABS case, which is relatively unused, but does have a couple of feet missing so it doesn’t stand up well. Thanks for looking. Any questions please ask.
  18. This is a lovely example of a Fender Japan Precision. It’s the 70s reissue model dating from 2004-05. Alder body, Maple neck and dark rosewood fretboard. I’ve seen the colour described as Sonic Blue, Daphne Blue and Seafoam Green - it’s definitely blue! This is a non-export model for the domestic Japanese market. It has a Seymour Duncan SPB1 pickup installed which came with the bass. I don’t have the original pickup unfortunately. It’s in great overall condition apart from some belt buckle marks on the tummy cut. I’ve tried to photograph these - none of them go through the finish. The frets are in excellent condition - I had the frets looked at by Feline Guitars in Croydon who levelled and polished them. The bass comes in a tweed Warwick Rockcase. Thanks for looking. Any questions please ask!
  19. Both monitors in very good condition, and in the limited edition white finish. No box, so collection or local delivery only.
  20. Used with signs of wear to the foam support points. But useable. It can be disassembled so posting is possible, but that will add £10 to the sale price.
