Maybe I'd had one too many glasses of Merlot the night I was looking... I'll give the suggestions a try right now! Thanks to everyone for your responses, I LOVE these forums! And It's nice to hear Rich is just busy and fine!
Thanks again guys.
Hmmmmm Had a look based om what you guys said and sure enough there it is. I dunno how I missed it. Must be the drink.... Thanks again. -
He's a top bloke.
I bought my Status from him.
My question was where do I buy a status neck for a fender Jazz? Did a fair bit of searching on the Status site and can't find anything. Have they stopped doing them? -
Last time I heard he was on the Strictly tour, just busy working.
Ok that's cool... Thanks! -
Hi guys... I had reason to ask a Status related question and PM'd nice guy, and Status expert "OutToPlayJazz" Rich... But I haven't heard back and a quick view of his posting habits show his last post to be May I think. Does anyone know if he's ok?
Sure hope so. -
Thanks Everyone! I love the Basschat forums. What a great set of guys and so far I haven't been bit!

oooh I've been wanting to pick one up used. And you're in Sheffiled...
Will you do £50 and I'll collect...?
Andy -
Back in the day when I was playing the lizzy stuff I used the electric mistress deluxe, Perfect facsimile of phils sound to my ears.

I don't usually add to the radio chatter that follows a for sale post.... but sorry I had to just
say "hubba hubba"! -
I was caught snoozing...
Congrats on the sale buddy! Very attractive bass. -
I've got one. These are great basses. (And a steal at that price) The street price is about £1,700 new)
Yes I did a search and saw that the new price is £1700. (personally I got it in a trade, for a bass I got in a trade.)
This one is in MINT condition and at £800 is really a steal.
Still hoping for a UK sale as shipping internationally isn't my favourite option.
For now, 'bump'. -
thanks for the words guys.
Jeez don't things move quickly on here... Page 3 already! Bumpingtons! -
Looking to sell my Spector Euro LX 6:
I bought it as a back-up bass for my Shuker 6 but I've ordered an identical bass from Shuker now so this is suplus to my needs. (Never have used it since I traded for it.)
Here's some of the bumph and photos from the original sale...
Spector Euro LX 6 String Exotic top bass. Maple Neck-Thru neck, Rosewood Fretboard, Alder/Walnut Veneer/Spalted Maple wings, and finished in an incredibly tough hard-wearing clear gloss (which is a custom order for the Spalted Maple) . Spector TonePump active preamp (which is a hot hot HOT preamp, but sounds killer) and EMG pickups. This is an incredibly easy 6 string to play, the string spacing is perfect, the action is excellent, and has a good weight on it, but is perfectly balanced, I've never had shoulder fatigue at all.
Will let it go for £800 with a brand new Warwick rockbag (as I didn't get a case with it.) Condition is still as new. No dings or wear at all.

I love dealing with the low numbered basschat guys. I find it as good a character reference as it's possible to get. ...And Anyone willing to open themselves for critique like this is going to be an honest buyer/seller. The "Cap" lived up to my expectations and made it another victory for the basschat community. Great guy to deal with.
My thanks. GremlinAndy
(Havent found that USB cable yet buddy But I'll keep looking. ) -
If you decide to sell buddy would you give me a PM, as I'd like an option on them...
I have two myself and would consider buying for parts.
Just let me know
Sorry dude - Decided to keep hold of it in the end
No worries. (Good on you too!) Thanks for the reply! -
Great pedal but eventually I found out I'm not an effects person and I never use it. It's just over 2 year old and I'm the second owner, it works perfectly and is in great condition. Sold with original box and manual. (I also have a pitchfactor I'm considering selling as well).
Yours for £250 including mainland UK shipping.
Open to offers?
It's one of these or a time factor. (to add to the pitchfactor.)

open to offers....?
I might be looking for one of these. Or the modfactor. -
If you are still unable to find a suitable and functioning Caps Lock key, perhaps you should do what I did. I purchased a pair of pruning snips and removed my little finger on the left hand. Voila! No more accidentally presSED KEY.
Bollox. looks like the next finger might have to go too. -
There was a guy who put up an ad in the wanted section yesterday who was looking for a fretless jazz and a CIJ was on his list.
Yep that is I
I will wait, see what offers arrive if that's ok. But this is pretty much what I had in mind.
Cheers. -
that's a bass for £25 per string. Can't get much more reasonably priced than that!
