Owen sold me a Thunderfunk amp head, arrived with some earthing issues caused by some rough handling during transit................. Owen offered me a full refund or to pay for the repair. I chose to have it repaired and he covered all of the costs. A real gentleman and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again.
