Quite fancy getting hold of one of these. What's everyone's thoughts?
Cheap, build quality looks good, and they do a lovely fiesta finish.
Only concern is the weight? Are they heavy?

Many thanks for the detailed response

I have a slight issue with one of my basses. The strings are sitting right on the frets from the 24th fret right up to the nut. I'm in no way an expert but looking for options to resolve. Possible truss rod adjustment?

Hi, Thanks for your interest.
Too be honest, the pickups may be wired correctly as I believe one of the pots is for tone. As mentioned, I bought these new from https://www.gak.co.uk/en/emg-pjhz-set-pj-style-passive-bass-pickup-set-black/929082?gclsrc=aw.ds&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiA98WrBhAYEiwA2WvhOuWk6-DQ6mQ9i_mpYEgTY9B5MHIgo_cP-Hp7tHSeb188KP6cTkIVYhoCDssQAvD_BwE
Regarding the bridge, I decided to buy a fender hi mass bridge as the old bridge was on it's last legs.
Massive amount of interest from the US on this bass but very little interest in the UK 😉
42 nut and 16 radius. I'm more of a jazz neck player but found this bass to be very comfortable.
Any other questions, just give me a shout

If I can sell on some basses, this could be mine 😉

Crazy price for such a high spec instrument but hoping to find this fine bass a new home before Christmas.
Reduced to £380 including postage

The Cort does look great, but I quite fancy a bodied headless for comfort whilst sitting.

I'm honestly on the fence about ordering a SQOE Headless. Guitargutiar confirmed there are no further plans to bring in anymore SQOE basses. Ordering direct from Thailand may be quite costly with VAT
-
Love the Washburn S1000 but currently these are £1000+
-
Looking for a headless bass for roughly £300? Any recommendations outside of Steinberger?
-
I don't believe guitargutiar have any more plans to stock. It's very strange, great price, very little information online, and non of the big outlets stocking.
I may purchase the headless direct even with shipping comes to roughly £350
-
Yes, very little online footprint, surprised Guitargutiar has picked them up? Don't see Thomann stocking them as yet. Tempted to order the headless direct from Malaysia but high risk if it turns out to be a piece of junk
-
Seriously, those prices are ridiculous!! I just wonder how they play? Slightly more expensive, but the headless looks brilliant
-
They honestly look too good to be true!
-
Just noticed guitargutiar is now stocking these basses. Anyone familiar with them?
Love the look of the headless

They are indeed incredible and this version is very rare! Only reason I'm moving on is due to the weight on my poor old back 😩
-
Unlike other manufacturers, I don't ever read of Yamaha looking for customer feedback on future models. Shame, as they are such a large company it would be nice to see the range extended.
