1. Most definitely the CIJ, the colour and fretboard alone would seal it for me! you could always add a Badass II afterwards and still have saved money!
2. Yeh it was CSS brazilian electro band. James Brown also had 2 bass players in his backing band after Bootsy left.
3. Westone Spectrum DX 4, weighed a tonne! but had a great growly tone.
4. Good starter amp i'd say, how much they want for it?
5. I own a PROFET 4 but hav'nt had chance to gig it yet, but all i can say is make sure you use the full 4ohm form the amp as i've used it in rehearsals with just one 8ohm cab and it struggled against a Marshall half stack and drum kit.
6. Well i hope he stores them somewhere other than his house! Otherwise there'll be nothing left now as his house was burnt to the ground during the Californian bush fires.
7. I've done London, thats probably the furthest i've gone to do a gig. I live in the West Midlands, then Worcester is the next farthest i've had to go.
8. Mike Herrera - MXPX, according to Wiki they dueted with Cliff Richard for the concert for Diana? i don't remember that!
9. <------------------- The man of Funk Larry Graham, Graham Central Station.
10. Maybe this should be in the for sale section? mods? anyone?
11. +1 for keeping the current rig! get a 2.5 XL to add to the 4.5XL or maybe sell the 4.5XL and buy 2.5xl and 15xl ?
12. Oh and Peavey is developed by a Metal legend in the shape of Dave Elefson (original Megadeth bassist)
13. Something above 300watts as you may damage the speakers or the amp if you push it too hard. The TVX 4X10 would be a good cab or the PRO 4X10 both @ 4ohm you could crank that amp without fear then! You could always add another 4ohm cab afterwards too to use the full 450w from the amp.

15. Nice Streamer! is it the one in the original pics thats for sale/trade?
16. I've just purchased a pack of ten of the above mentioned batteries for £10.87inc p+p from www.ukdvdr.co.uk its a limited deal so get in there, decent deal for active players, pedal monsters etc!
17.
Sinnead O'Connor - Nothing Compares 2 U
I disagree, i think the video makes the Sinead O'Connor version better. But still prefer the Prince original, but i am biased cos i'm a Prince fan. Alien Ant Farm - Smooth Criminal (michael jackson)
18. i've had both in recent years, i thought "yeh i'll get a hardcase for my new purchase i'll use it all the time" did i heck as like!! too heavy not enough room for carrying other items such pedals, cables etc plus it would'nt go in the boot of my car out of sight of the scummers. So i bought a ritter gigbag which basically did all that the hardcase did'nt! Anyway i have a Warwick gigbag now which is more padded than the Ritter to keep my SUB as snug as a bug in a rug! I'd only buy a hardcase if i had a bigger car and was gigging alot.

Ibanez bass

If i start gigging again i'd love to get hold of a SR700, they look so nice.
20. Presoulnation used to own a JM4, but he sold it. Then the guy who bought it then sold it on Ebay, i was going to take it off him but it went on Ebay before i could get in contact and get funds together. So yeh Presoulnation is a good guy to ask whether they're worth it!
21. Oh covers! right. well Mcsh*te have murdered a couple of classics! boys are back in town - thin lizzy and a track by Queen which i cant remember.
