  6. Withdrawn to eBay.
  7. Sorry to everybody who kindly offered me their hard earned bass related belongings over the past week or so, but I traded my Grabber last night for a 1971 Mustang Bass in white, which tommorichards kindly sourced/collected for me. Hope you enjoy the Grabber and it gets more use than I would have given it!
  8. Now THAT I would swap for my Grabber! ;D
  9. Still up for grabs. Did have a deal going, but seems to have gone quiet. Huge sorry to anyone who's offered me anything so far - nothing's inspired me yet. I didn't realise how bad it feels to turn everybody's offers down! I'll try to add some extra trade ideas. A nice old Mustang would clinch it though. Rich
  10. Replied to both.

  13. I've ummed and ahhed about this bass for a while now, but think I've come to the conclusion it's just not 'me'. A bit of back story - I bought this on here a while back very cheaply. I don't want to make a monetary profit out of it, which is why it's not going on Ebay/Gumtree - I'd rather someone else on here got to enjoy it. But I would like to trade it for something closer to what it's worth. It's a lovely bass to play, and you can feel just how it resonates by playing it without plugging in. Frets are fairly low but it's plays perfectly and fast because of it - they don't have grooves in them, they've just been filed down over the years. It's got signs of use, wear down the back of the neck, dents and things on the body, and some rust on the neck plate, but it's a 40 year old instrument that's been played! For trades, I'd be very interested in: - 70s Fender Mustangs. - 70s Fender Precisions. - Ridiculously priced pedals like Deep Impacts or Ezekiels. - Aguilar DB750. - Vintage synths - Otherwise, what have you got? I'm not interested in anything with more than 4 strings. It doesn't have a case with it, so we'd have to arrange a meet or collection. I'm in Stroud, Gloucestershire and don't mind a little drive.
  14. No probs. I'm toying with trading my Gibson Grabber G3 for something on here, but still undecided anyway. Cheers Looks like a lovely precision that though and in great condition. What nut width does it have?
  15. Are you looking for any trades, or just a straight sale?

  17. This is this Friday if anybody's interested
  18. Looks like neutriks are the winner so far then
  19. Does anybody have any good recommendations for jack plugs for making up your own cables? I usually use Neutrik, but just curious if there's anything else out there that's worth considering? Cheers
  20. I'd be interested in this too. I'd like to make a nice maple one for a walnut R*ck*nb*ck*r as I think it would look way nicer than the white they come with. (Not that I have one yet, but am hopefully getting one in the very near future). Anyone know of a good source of thin wood pieces?
  21. Cool Yep - mainland UK. I've just sent payment with delivery address. Cheers
  22. And what's the switch for on the Zeke?
  23. Is that £100 for both? How much do you want for the Ezekiel clone posted to UK? Cheers Rich
  24. I'll take that if you'll post it to me. PM me details - Paypal okay?
