  2. Cheers thanks glad you like it, I'm really pleased that I went to Robbie to build it because he's a talented guy and a real pleasure to deal with! Yeah the combination of the types of wood work really well together and I'm really glad that we changed to Walnut facings instead of the Myrtle that was planned originally! Spoke to Robbie last night and he's managed to wire up the coil switch and apparently it has a range of crazy tones whatever that means!!!!!!!!!!

  4. No pictures at the moment sorry! But I had Robbie playing it down the phone to me last night and it sounded killer!
  5. Hi all just spoken to Robbie and he's gonna be building up the Marseer over the weekend to check out that everything does wot it should. Then its going to be disassembled ready for final sanding ready to go away to be refinished. So I should have it in my sweaty palms quite soon!

Anyway I spoke with Robbie tonight and he told me that he should be starting the rebuild next week to make sure that everything is as it should be before he strips it down ready to have the finish applied.
