Hi mate, Not a lot to report at the moment Rob and Gaz have been having problems with the nitro finish! So we have decided to strip all the finish off sand it back to the wood and try a acrylic finish. Haven't had a chance to speak to Robbie lately so don't know how it's been going! Will post pictures or details as soon as I can.

It should be sorted out this week so hopefully final assembly won't be far off. More info and pictures soon.

Glad you like it. All the clear coats have been applied now! Once the finish has hardened it will be wet sanded and then buffed ready for Robbie to oil the neck and assemble the wee beastie!

Control cavity cover is back from the laser engraving

Cavity cover is at the laser company at the moment they had a bit of a problem with the letter font so Robbie had to email it to them! Robbie has the final sanding just about done and has been speaking to the guy who will be doing the clear coat. So it's getting there will let you know when I have any more information.

It's a switchable pickup impedance control fitted to Audere preamps ol fruit!

Nothing major bud the battery light location has been sorted discussed with Robbie about putting control knob position markers on body to match the knobs. Its been stripped down ready for final sanding and the finish to be applied,and the cavity cover is being laser etched next week! I have a couple of pictures I can post later if ya want me too?
