    Hi all. I'm doing a lot of new cover songs for.multiple bands atm. I get most of my tracks on youtube music. What do folk on here use to find the tempo of a track? And even better,to recall that tempo at a live gig. I have started using both 'setlist helper' and ultimate guitar apps.but both age and ability not going my way lately. Thanks

    Ive tried sanding back to bare wood and its putting up a good fight. Although ive tried no power tools yet. Yes i'll post some pics over the weekend. Thanks

    I gave it to a friend who offered to repair a chip prob 10mm round.he used a wood dye that didn't match,and since showing it to a restorer he explained its 'rest in peace'.and it would still show whatever you do to it.. I told him to cancel his guitar making course!.

    I unfortunately have to have my expensive bass coloured,on top of a what was a beautiful quilted maple finish. I will have this professionally done but i'm simply asking what type of paint is normally used.I'm assuming primer/colour,plus protective coat.I can't afford a luthier when its just a paint job,albeit a pro one.     This beautiful bass has been kept indoors and is in fantastic condition.No case supplied though.it has had an Aguilar upgrade(18v)and sounds great of course.spec as below.Happy to answer any questions.     Standard tuning is B-E-A-D-G D'Tuner drops the low b to low a, although ive never used that feature, I have to work from 1pm until 6pm so i cannot be online then,although texting is fine,thanks
