1. Squier Jaguar for sale. Very little wear, frets look brand new, the body only has one flaw (pictured), electronics are active. Dr Lo-Rider strings on, setup and ready to go. Case not included in the price. Price with the case - £250
 2.
I used to have a Burman bass amp; I bought it new from Carlsbro Sound in the 70s. It was a bloddy heavy lump of a thing and it had a loud hum. It sounded good through my pair of Marshall 4x12s, though.
Loud hum doesn't sound like something that should be preset in an amp of this class - maybe it wasn't biased correctly?
 3.
I have one - great cleans. I also have a couple of their bass heads as well. GLWTS.
One of the best made amps I've seen.
 4. Rob just visited and kindly bought my P Bass off me. Very nice guy to talk to, really great player. Thank you Rob, enjoy the bass.
 5. For sale Boutique English amp - Matamp, Hiwatt class 3 Gain controls, plus the usual bass, mid, treble, and HF cut switch and an Accutronics reverb unit. Construction is all valve EL34 (Harma Retro), ECC83 and ECC81 - driving an original 12" ElectroVoice EVM 12L speaker and all hand wired and in great working and gigging condition. It was regarded back in the 70’s/80’s as the Brit Mesa Boogie and is a real piece of British Amp History alongside the Vox AC30 and the early Marshalls and alike. 6. The bass hasn't been played much, frets look perfect (well, as perfect as they can be for a road worn), plenty of life left. Strung with flats, ready to go. A fabulous bass but I have another P Bass that is irreplaceable. So this one has to go. I am sure everyone who played one will agree - these basses do not feel like their made in Mexico. It's a different level. Fantastic tone and feel. Absolutely spot on. From GAK: ''Featuring a worn nitrocellulose lacquer finish, 1950s style with aged/worn body, neck, finish and hardware touches, Maple neck with “C” profile, 7.25” radius and 20 vintage-style frets, Vintage-style split-single-coil pickup, Gold anodized aluminum pickguard, American Vintage four-saddle bridge, Reverse open-gear tuners.'' Pictures to follow when I figure out a Photobucket substitute...
 7.
What's all this 30GBP nonsense? Is there something wrong with the good old "£" sign?
Foreign keyboard setting with laziness. That was mixed together to form that nonsense.
 8.
Great amp and louder than you would think
Great, little amp - I don't need it as I am just using it at home.
 9.
So it does - never noticed! Make that "horrid bashed-up half-arsed fakey relic job", then
Tempting to buy it, and return it because the neck isn't ''reliced'' properly :-)

 13.
A lot more effort and skill goes into making a classical instrument. Even the most prized pre-CBS Fenders are production line instruments built to a design intended wholly to cut corners and get them out the door quickly.
I agree totally. Its a different league of craftsmanship.
 14.
Lovely finish, IMO completely ruined by horrid bashed-up fakey relic job. So unnecessary.
And the neck looks mint too. Odd.
 15.
For home use these are really good. You might be pleasantly surprised when you get it!
I believe you.
 16. Just won the auction on the Roland cube by a mistake... that solves the problem :-)
 17. Had it for a while, only played at home. Cared for. Come and have a go. Great tone. Little bit from the Ampeg website: ''When you need a portable rig with legendary Ampeg tone, look no further than the BA-115. This powerful combo features a 100-Watt power section and a single 15" Ampeg speaker that can rock a small- to medium-sized venue. Just plug in and you're ready to rock! No matter what sound you're after, the Style Control puts absolute tone at your fingertips. With five presets to choose from, and the tone-sculpting capabilities of an onboard 3-band EQ, you'll be dialed in before the drummer can finish setting up his high-hat. The BA-115's monitor-style, tilt-back design allows you to put the sound where you want it, which is especially handy when you're using the built-in DI for recording or front of house applications. Rock-solid construction and Ampeg thump to go, the BA-115. 18.
Roland Bass Cube 30 is a superb little amp. one on ebay? http://www.ebay.co.u...bEAAOSwnsZZhhrx
I did like the idea of the Roland but it has way too many settings.
 19. Oh yeah, I think I should point out - I am not too keen on Fender amps. I used to have 70's Bassman 100 with a 4x12 cab and that was great but it was ridiculously big. We fell in love just for a little while.
 20. https://www.gumtree.com/p/guitar-instrument/trace-elliot-bass-amplifier/1260688970 What about this little guy?
 21.
Ashdown do it for me and the Fender Rumble is a good call too! Small and light but good sounding amps. What's your gig rig?
I don't gig yet but I play through Ashdown Toneman 300 Evo III and a Classic Ampeg 8x10 where we rehearse.
 22. I want to have something to play around with at home. It's not going to be gigged at all. Not too many settings preferably, something to sound good with a P Bass. What should I be looking at? I don't know much about little amps... Thank you kindly.
 23. Very easy and pleasant transaction. Thank you
