1. Dad 3353, I think one channel in the stereo heads abit duff. One side- no problem, the other side caused the problem. Tried another amp, and no problems (touch wood) so far.
2. Yes mate, got in touch with Celestion about a suitable replacement.
3. Yeah, looking to source a new speaker. I believe Trace used Celestion speakers, anyone know the model number ? Cheers, Paul
4. Yep, one of the speakers was like sandpaper. Patched it up for the mean time, I used foam pieces to brace the speaker. The distortions gone and it all sounds smooth. Any danger doing this ?
5. Thanks matey, I'll check it out.
6. Go tback alot of gear thats been in storage for awhile. Plugged it all in, working O.K. ( some hum), so turn it off. Then, a strange couple of pops then a burning smell from the cab !!!!! Hooked up another head and it seems to work fine, but one of the speakers is now distorting . Any ideas ?
7. Hi, Was wondering if anybody knows where to get a suitable replacement for the power adaptor ? Cheers, Paul

11. Cheers Danny, top man.
12. Exactly what I was looking for. I'm abit of a novice with a soldering iron ( I do make my own speaker leads and cables, and have replaced a pot on a Morley). Is this easy done ? Could anybody post some pics as the ones above have disappeared. Cheers in advance.
13. Want to jazz up me Spector and add a mid control, is there any issues I should be aware of ? Cheers, Paul
14. Boxed, no instructions. Does what it says on the tin. £35 & £5 P&P. Cheers, Paul
15. My first attempt at recording and mixing drums and guitar. Any pointers or tips would be appreciated. https://soundcloud.c...ft-1/cobra-geno
16. I have an original Morley Telray fuzz wah, and you can get some cool Twilight Zone/ John Carpenter vibes out of it. The fuzz is insane ( I may mod the fuzz circuit tho).
17. I got a wee DOD Milkbox for a few quid off the bay, has a wee feature that you can boost the highs, abit of mucking about and you can get a nice punchy tone.
18. https://soundcloud.c...mouthpiece-bass A very rough straight run through ( a bit of a shambles in places, but just checking to see if it all fits), i used a little Behringer thingy with Audacity. I'm new to this, but I think with some better gear, could give me better options.

20. Thanks troops, I see Focusrite do a package (Scarlett 2i2, mic, phones, etc) worth a go ?
21. https://soundcloud.c...mouthpiece-bass The bass track that is, not the most expensive gear used, but you get the idea.
22. Cheers Ben, I'll give it a go.
23. Greetings, Looking for an interface were I can record a line out and mic at the same time. Focusrite any good ?
