    Well after 25 years of solely playing rounds, (elixirs) I've treat me sen to some Ti flats.

      I switched to flats about 9 years ago (I play a Stingray, very bright). I sometimes put rounds on for about 5minutes but I almost immediately get tired of the metallic ping and want to sound like a bass again.
