Dammit, I have enough guitars but those basses are so cheap it's tempting me too much... You guys best buy them all before the GAS get's too serious

Snagged the gig bag Randymussel was offering on the recycling forum. Posted to me quickly, top notch fella.

I pulled the trigger on one of their 5 string fretless basses, plays pretty nicely for such a budget instrument, sounds pretty good, colour me properly impressed.

Mine's quite boring in comparison. My mate was looking to get rid of his peavey milestone 3 bass. I was looking for a bass because I'd agreed to be bassist for a band at college. Arranged to swap a fender squier strat that had about a billion stickers on it for the bass.

Hey folks, Quick introduction nothing flashy. I used to be a guitarist and occasional bassist, I gave up about 10 years ago because well, the passion wasn't there anymore. Roll on this year and I develop the irrational urge to take up playing bass properly again, mostly for my own amusement. So at the moment my gear is super basic. I have a cheap 4 string westfield bass I bought from cash converters with either a Laney Hardcore Bass Amp or the iPad. And I have a 5 string from harley benton on it's way. Nice to meet you all.
