For sale is my "Adamovic Jupiter 6" String Bass, which I aquired here at Basschat in June 21. 

I will regret it but things must…

I would like to have 2990,00 GBP / 3490,00 Euro for the Jupiter

The bass is in Germany, Frankfurt Area. Shipping is possible.
This is an unbelieveable ergonomic bass because of its well-placed backside shaping and its low weight for a 6string bass but still with massive B string.
On my digital scale it has 4,2 kg.
The bass is well cared off and shows very little use. You can see that this bass was used, but there are no big scratches and dings. The original wooden PU covers were replaced by Harry Häussel, because of some cracks probably due to fluctuations in temperature.

As Häussel told me Adamovic don't use that kind of wood anymore for wooden covers. Now these are wooden covers made of ebony.

Bought this Lorita Bass here on Basschat four weeks ago. Although the bass is beautiful and very nice sounding due to the precise working Glockenklang 3 band active/ passive electronic I am actually a fretless guy and more into filter preamp sounds and would like to sell it. Anyway I could use some money.

The bass is custom and handmade by  Xavier Lorita. Lorita was a Masterbuilder at Jerzy Drozd before he opened his own workshop near Barcelona.

@ovialexm1 Hi and thanks again! For a 6string bass in this prize segment there is only a small market. Especially for a Wal. As far as I could find out over the last 20 years there is a maximum of 25 Mk3 6string basses out there. If someone knows more, you are welcome. Knowing that and with the Mk1 "used prize" is coming nearer every day to my Mk3 prize I`m patient and wait.

@CamdenRob Thanks for adding your part of the history👍.I appreciate that! I once had a Mk2 5er with the original Wal flightcase. Because of it`s length and the heavy weight it was nearly impossible to carry it around for a small guy like me, so I sold it...I was stupid enough to let the bass in it!😖

Don`t mind the enormous letters...they suit the bass fine...

The bass is in like new condition and has no recognizeable dings or scratches.  Just the lacquer getting a little grey in the bow of the lower horn cause they did it too thin, see picture.
The bass was checked by a high renown german luthier last week, everything is working fine.

I sell this bass because I decided to just play 6 stringers and own 2 WAL MKIII 6ers. Apart from that i need the money to be honest, so no trades.

First: a WAL is a WAL! As Sinead sang "nothing copares to you"...If you have played, heard or dreamed of a WAL you`ll have to buy one because of the mojo. Maybe one can build a similar sounding bass but he can`t build the mojo.Period! But if you are looking for a bass that can compete with the WAL a ACG is the right adress. I have owned a Krell with the mentioned EQ 01 and ACG Single Coils which i had defrettet: man, that was Jaco on steroids! I had a 6string Recurve SC, same preamp, with ACG Humbuckers, i felt like Chet Atkins on this one  and i had a 5 string Recurve fretless with MULTICOIL PUs which was my starter drug. To make it short these were great basses in their own right and i regret selling them deeply ! But you know the story...you`ll have to sell one to buy another. To answer your question:  If you want to go all the way down the WAL road with Alan you will need Multicoil PUs and the DFM preamp and a maple neck!

Ps. I know i will get stoned to death for that
