100m or 328ft is pretty much the max distance without going down the fibre route. Distance wise you are fine. Sounds like you guys have done your research already. As long as there is uninterrupted line of sight solutions like the ubiquiti AirFibre work really well.

Distance could be an issue if the studio is over 100m from the router. From pictures looks about 60ft so Ethernet should be fine in conduit or direct burial cable.

Project looks fantastic, best of luck with it. If the electrics are not on the same circuit (suspect there will be a separate consumer unit) then Ethernet plugs won’t work. Your brother in laws suggestion would work well. Ubiquiti AirFibre products are great but not the cheapest.

Welcome aboard. I’ve bought via DV247 before. Fairly low cost item (Schaller MM Machine heads). I had no problems. Usual fairly impersonal internet transaction. Click, pay, email confirmation, stuff is delivered. Its certainly a legit company. As with a lot of companies these days though you can only really find out how good are bad they are when things go wrong. If there is no way of getting hold of a human with the wit, will and ability to sort out the issue at hand the low cost element and slick UI all become window dressing hiding the rot! Someone may post with a horror story or outright praise but my transaction was smooth.

I’m sure the MIM Geddy Lee is every bit as good as the MIJ. Mine is a Bitsa. MIJ Geddy Lee body, Status Graphite Neck. Sounds great, nice to play- I still don’t get on with the shape of Fender Jazz basses though so may sell it at some point.
