  1. Possibly stupid question. Does arrange own courier mean that the seller is always willing to pack the instrument. I'm not missing or assuming something am I? Theres no packing courier service I've been unaware off.

      Some couriers offer ''packing'' service but it costs quite a bit extra and doesn't necessarily mean it'll be packed properly.

      Talk to the seller prior to arranging anything. Make it clear. Good luck!

      I think the point is that the seller is not responsible if its lost or damaged. I sold my Eden Head a month ago, but the buyer arranged the courier. If it broke in transit, I wouldn't be responsible. Lucky it didn't :)

      'Arrange your own courier' is a deal-breaker for me. I'll pay for the courier if needs be but the seller needs to pack the item appropriately and the seller remains responsible until the item arrives safely, or not.
