  1. Well thats stirred things up And its its been useful I would not have considered G&L but a lot of you rate them so its time to give one a go. Ditto peavey To those who say any bass will do You seem to be the guys with top drawer basses and amplification why waste your money if a squier p bass will cover any gig ? I would love to see you try to cover Ace of spades with a Hofner violin bass or Mr Pink on a Thunderbird. Yes the way you play makes a huge difference. You can dial in EQ our add effects to get variety but as the function band man said. Somtimes you just need to flick a switch or tweak a control between numbers to go from Bob Marley to Franz Ferdinand.

  12. Bought this to try to learn guitar after 30 years of bass playing. The result I'm a bass player lol So here it is up for sale I paid £250 it's in mint condition and just been restrung. I don't have a gig bag but can pack and box it for shipping. £120 Price Includes UK mainland shipping Here's the fender blurb Fender's new CF-140S has a smaller "folk" body shape and liberal string spacing perfect for beginners and flatpickers. Don't let its size fool you though—it projects enough full, rich and resonant acoustic sound to fill a room thanks to its solid spruce top with scalloped quartersawn X bracing. A satin-finish mahogany neck with stabilizing dual-action truss rod makes playing the CF-140SCE smooth and easy.
  13. Now if the limlight wasnt pink we would be talking trades

The original pickups let it down IMHO so now it sports a set of passive EMGs simple vol/vol/tone setup works well. Its strung with rounds right now sounds very Tony Franklin. New they are £250 The pickups cost me £130 So your getting a free bass with your EMGs fir god sake This one with the new EMGs (and the stock pickups) a Gigbag and Mainland UK delivery QUICK SALE £120 be quick! Boobies sticker removable to show ltd logo
